If you are not using SiteCritter as your domain registrar, you will need to manually add DNS records for SiteCritter to work. Navigate to your registrar's DNS settings and add the following records:

Record TypeHostValue
A<domain><ip>
Aipv4.<domain><ip>
Amail.<domain><ip>
Ans1.<domain>49.13.60.45
Ans2.<domain><ip>
Apanel.<domain><ip>
Awebmail.<domain><ip>
CNAMEwww.<domain><domain>
CNAMEftp.<domain><domain>
MX<domain>mail.<domain>
NS<domain>ns1.<domain>
NS<domain>ns2.<domain>
TXT<domain>v=spf1 +a +mx +a:admin.sitecritter.com -all
TXT_dmarc.<domain>v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; adkim=s; aspf=s

<domain> should always be replaced with your domain name.
<ip> should be replaced with our IP which is not posted here for security reasons. You can find it at the bottom of your control panel dashboard or in your DNS settings within SiteCritter

Make sure you SAVE the settings. If you are unfamiliar with where to locate your DNS settings, here are links to the common registrar's instructions:

CloudFlare

GoDaddy

Square

BlueHost
