Introduction to the Dashboard

Welcome to Your SiteCritter Dashboard

When you sign up with SiteCritter, you will be directed to your Dashboard. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate it:

Main Dashboard Icons

At the top, you’ll see four colorful icons:

  1. Account Status (Blue):

    • Active: Your account is active and ready to use.
    • Inactive: There are issues that need to be resolved before your account can be activated.
  2. Total Packages (Yellow):

    • Displays the number of packages you have ordered.
  3. Support Tickets (Pink):

    • Shows the number of support tickets you have submitted.
  4. Account Credit Balance (Green):

    • Indicates the amount of credit you have. Credits can be earned through our affiliate system.

Open Support Tickets

Below the icons, you’ll find the Open Support Tickets section. Here you’ll see:

  • Ticket Number: Unique identifier for each ticket.
  • Subject: Brief description of the issue.
  • Status: Current status of the ticket.

Click on a ticket to view more details or click "View All" in the top right to see all open support tickets.

Packages

Next, you’ll see the Packages section, which lists:

  • Product/Service: Name of the product or service.
  • Amount: Cost of the package.
  • Due Date: When the payment is due.
  • Status: Current status of the package.
  • Actions: Options available for managing the package.
    • You will find "Launch Control Panel" as one of the options if you have an active package. This is where you can manage and edit your site.

Click on the product/service title for more details or click the gear icon to manage actions. Click "View All" in the top right to see all purchased products/services.

Domains

In the Domains section, you’ll see:

  • Domain: The domain name.
  • Due Date: When the domain registration expires.
  • Price: Cost of the domain.
  • Status: Current status of the domain.

Click on a domain to view details or click "View All" to see all domains associated with your account.

Left Panel

On the left side of the Dashboard, you’ll find:

  • Your Info:

    • Displays your name and location.
    • Click "Edit Profile" to update your profile details.
  • Manage Contacts:

    • Add or delete contacts associated with your account using their email addresses.
    • Set access permissions for notifications, invoices, and support by checking/unchecking the appropriate boxes.
    • Click "Update" after making any changes.
  • Order New Services:

    • Allows you to purchase new services for website building/hosting or to acquire new domain products.
  • Logout:

    • Remember to log out if you are using a shared computer for security purposes.
